For months we have taken the misdirected slander for leaving Tooth and
Nail.  People would say that we were selling out our faith by leaving 
T&N and that we were sellouts ect... The real truth is that
Brandon Ebel hides behind his so called Faith and leads fans
of Tooth and Nail that he is such a strong Christian, when all he is 
doing is stealing.  We left Tooth and Nail only after Brandon refused 
to clean up our contract.  Things like when we sell a CD he pays us the 
price of a cassette... and when Mike wrote a song it became Brandon's 
property.  The money generated by this is huge, not to mention Brandon 
can sell it to anyone he wants.. Snapple, Shell Oil, Costco, You, 
anyone, and it's Mike's art.  He created and it should belong to him.
So this coming record is a BI-product of this evil man's desire to make 
as much money as possible. End of story.  If you want to help us, spread 
the word, send the truth, and let the truth be known.  MxPx is still 
the same band they have always been, despite this whole debacle.  It's 
just the truth and everyone should know.  This may be more information 
then you are looking for, but when you ask to be involved in a record 
of music created by us and you are told that your involvement is denied, 
then it's hard to get behind the record.  Do what you like, we just
appreciate your support!
